Nourishing Traditions is the next book on my reading list and has been one that I've been wanting to get for quite some time. So imagine my surprise when I walked into our local Earth Fare store and noticed a Nourishing Traditions class posted on their events board starting Wednesday!!It's so great to go through a class with others wanting to learn more about nutrient dense whole foods. I love reading, but the class offers another dimension where questions can be answered as they arise. Plus we have taste tests and receive tons of info on local resources. I can't wait for the next class next week!!
